We are currently offering a Land Only option, but if you’d like us to arrange flights for you, we’re happy to assist.

Extra Overnight Stays: An additional night in Hanoi or Saigon is available for:
- $45 per person (double occupancy)
- $85 per person (single occupancy)
To add this option, simply click "Add-on" during registration, or you can include it later up until the deadline of June 30, 2025.
Hotel-Airport Transfers: A transfer to/from the hotel and airport in either Hanoi or Saigon is available for $77 per transfer. This option can also be added by selecting "Add-on" during registration or at any time before the deadline of June 30, 2025.

TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TRUE STRIVE

Tour Price Inclusions

The tour price includes:

Transportation in a modern, clean, air-conditioned vehicle.
All hotel accommodations.
Daily breakfast and either lunch or dinner (with some additional lunches as per the itinerary).
All touring and entrance fees specified in the itinerary.
Services of a full-time, licensed, experienced, English-speaking tour guide/manager.
Gratuities for the guide and driver.

Tour Price Exclusions

The tour price does not include:

Drinks with meals other than water (other beverages available for purchase on-site).
Meals not listed in the itinerary.
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, or room service.
Travel insurance.
Gratuities for hotel waitstaff and porters.
Any items not explicitly listed under "Tour Price Inclusions."

1. PAYMENT

Deposit: A $500 per person deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the tour price must be received no later than April 30, 2025 to confirm your booking. Payments received after this date are subject to a $95 late fee.
Payment Methods: Prices are valid for payments made by cash, check, or wire transfer. Payments must be made directly by the passenger or their designated travel advisor acting as their agent. Only payments received directly by TRUE STRIVE will be considered valid.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Before May 15, 2025: Cancellations will incur a $75 administrative fee.
On or After May 15, 2025: Cancellations will be subject to a $500 penalty, which covers cancellation fees charged by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

3. INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased before departure.

4. REFUNDS

Refund claims must be submitted in writing to TRUE STRIVE before the tour’s departure.
No refunds will be issued for unused services on or after the departure date.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

TRUE STRIVE is responsible for arranging the tour outlined in this agreement. However, the following terms apply:

No changes or deviations to the tour are valid unless authorized by an officer of TRUE STRIVE.
TRUE STRIVE is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, delays, schedule changes, or irregularities caused by circumstances beyond its control or by third parties, such as airlines, transportation providers, hotels, or other service providers.
TRUE STRIVE assumes no responsibility for acts or omissions by the Tour Leader or other individuals involved in the tour.
Airlines, cruise lines, or other transportation providers are solely responsible for passengers while aboard their conveyances. Passengers are bound by the contracts issued by those carriers, and TRUE STRIVE assumes no liability in connection with those contracts.
